Background: Health care provider perform experience in deal with chronic wound management by identifying the exact cause, location, and type of which must be assessed to provide appropriate minimize complications is essential current healthcare environment for that assessment tools are designed support all qualified nurses field delivering safe care.Methodology: Longitudinal follow-up study design was adopted conduct accomplish research objectives, describe patient demographic health status characteristics, assess complication post - surgical intervention, a period from 9th November 2021 until 12th July 2022. A non-probability (purposive) sample (37) patients selected, data were gathered using sheet collect such as Age, gender, body mass index, lifestyle (which includes smoking, nutritional status; mobility status)and description data, Wound types, Type surgery, Duration, Surgical debridement, Allergy dressing materials, location: head, chest, abdomen, arms legs, back dimension.Results show distribution age group majority (32.4%) between (18 – 29) years lowest value (2.7%) (70 79) years, index (BMI) finding indicates there high percentage (40.5%) obese according (7.30), first observation shows proportion (62.2%) clean wounds (27%) contaminated mean S.D (1.513± 0.768).Conclusion: strict implementation basic element prevention operative.
